The faculty at the IBS^® is a blend of academicians, executives, and consultants who bring their extensive knowledge and business experience to the classroom. At IBS^®, more than 300 faculty members devote themselves to this task full-time. In addition, another 200 visiting faculty from industry make an important contribution to the more specialized teaching at IBS^®.  

Advice from the IBS^® faculty is sought by the industry for their training and management development needs. The industry also approaches the faculty for group and individual consultancy projects.

The faculty employs a mix of teaching methods, including lectures, case studies, projects and presentations.
