The position requires experience of developing digital marketing strategy for an e-commerce portal. The candidate will lead a team of 4-5 members including SEO/IT expert, content writers etc. to lead and implement various digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, twitter and Google Search for iDreamCareer.com.

1.Develop and execute a social media strategy that engages school students from age group 13-18.
2.Project, Plan & Generate targeted inbound user registrations on iDreamCareer.
3.Define social media strategies and own the execution of day to day social media activities on all social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
4.Measure and report on performance of social media marketing campaigns to the Senior Management.
5.Measure and report on performance of social media marketing campaigns to the Senior Management.
6.Use social media monitoring tools to document conversations and create metrics reports.
7.Create a comfortable and engaging social media customer-facing environment
8.Build relationships with online customers, through blogging, Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels.
9.Utilize usage statistics from Analytics tools to guide strategies on Paid Ads, Social Media Content and Website(Architecture, Layout or functionality

Desired Skills & Experience
|
2-3 years experience in managing and running digital marketing campaigns covering PPC Google Adwords, Facebook ads & SEO.

The position required experience of career counseling for students from age group 13-21. The candidate should possess experience in one-to-one career counseling sessions, conducting career workshops & developing career content.

1.Plan, organize, and conduct individual guidance sessions over phone/email and chat.
2.Plan, organize and conduct group guidance session and seminars.
3.Conduct career seminars for large gathering of students in schools and event like career fairs etc.
4.Measure and report on performance of social media marketing campaigns to the Senior Management.
5.Assist students to understand their abilities, talents, interests, and personality characteristics in order to develop realistic academic and career options. Provide direction, encouragement, and motivation in order to prepare participants for assessments, exploration and creating a career action plan and portfolio.
6.Adjust guidance techniques, based on the strengths and weaknesses of students.
7.Compile studies, occupational, educational, and economic information about careers.
