More than 30,000 IBS alumni are pursuing rewarding careers in over 900 blue-chip companies in India and abroad. Their success in the corporate world is a testimony to their skills, abilities and hard work, as well as to the quality and rigour of business education at IBS.
In addition to building the reputation of IBS with their success, the alumni remain in touch with each other and with their alma mater through the IBS Alumni Federation (IBSAF). This extensive and fast-growing alumni network is one of the strengths of IBS. The IBS Alumni Federation (IBSAF) is a non-profit society, established in 1997 to provide an active institutional framework for professional development, interaction and networking for the alumni.

To ENRICH the lives of alumni by helping them establish lifetime relationships with not only their fellow alumni, but with IBS and IBSAF as well. This involves encouraging meaningful involvement and leadership from all alumni to benefit the community as a whole.
IBSAF promotes the value of learning, self-worth among alumni, quality performance among staff, and transition for members to productive and responsible participation in society.
IBSAF also offers value driven services targeted at providing ample entertainment, learning, educational and networking opportunities to the alumni community. To become the leading Alumni community across the globe, not only by benefitting the alumni but also by helping the society in various ways through the alumni community. IBSAF works to promote and disseminate the philosophy and values of IBS. It works closely with IBS on business education and continuing education programs, promoting knowledge sharing between IBS faculty, students, and alumni, and strengthening the ties between IBS and the corporate world.
