Jaipur is a place of known for its rich culture and heritage. The IBS Jaipur Campus is a leading name in management education in the region. The campus is also a study center for the Distance Education Program of Anna University, Coimbatore. 

The two-year full-time program at the campus is designed to expose the students to concepts, policies and techniques for the effective and efficient management of global organizations. The fully air-conditioned campus sprawling over an area of 32000 sq. feet has spacious well ventilated classrooms and other state-of-the-art facilities such as:

• A well stocked library and reading room with a large collection of national and international journals, magazines, database and internet and books on management and other subjects.

• A formidable collection of case studies to understand theoretical concepts.

• Language laboratory to improve the language skills of the students.

• Canteen – a corner to satisfy the craving after attending heavy sessions.

Library

The campus library is well-stocked with a large collection of books, magazines and journals on Business Management, Finance and Banking, Economics, Marketing, and Human Resource Management, along with those on literature and self development. 

The library has more than 5000 books. In addition to this, more than 70 periodicals and Magazines on diverse subjects, published by ICFAI University Press are received in the library and made available to the users

Computer Lab

The campus is equipped with the necessary infrastructure to cater to the training needs of all information technology related courses, as well as the computing needs of students and staff. It has

Computer lab with 24-hours, 1Mb leased line internet facility, 80 computers, and advanced software like SPSS and SAS. All students receive a laptop as part of their academic entitlements. A wi-fi system turns the entire campus "Live Every Day". Laptops for students

Language Lab

There is a well-designed language lab at the campus with the latest software to facilitate the development of linguistic and communication skills in the students.

The Jaipur Campus of IBS has faculty members (http://www.ibsindia.org/Faculty_Resources.asp) with extensive knowledge, business experience and advanced education. In addition, consultants, experienced professionals from the industry, and other institutions of repute are also invited to the campus as visiting faculty.

The faculty is active in research and publication, and also provides consultancy to business enterprises. Symposiums and workshop are regularly organized in the campus. Faculty members are encouraged to attend national/international seminars and conferences to keep them selves abreast with the latest trends in academics and industry.

Pedagogy

The foucs at IBS is on learning and not just teaching. The school lays a great deal of emphasis on interactive learning through cases, live projects and feedback to students. The pedagogy comprises of:

The Annual Management Fest - ABLAZE  - is one such event organized by the students of IBS Jaipur, having a participation of a large no of students all across the country held in December 2006. This event was an effort of the students solely showcasing the abilities and skills they have developed during the course of studies.

 Membership of National Entrepreneur Network (NEN)

Students of IBS jaipur have developed an E-cell (Entrepreneurs' Cell) to take various activities to encourage the future managers in to successful entrepreneur. The IBS Jaipur is a Member institution with Wadhwani Foundations - National Entrepreneur Network. The National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) is a not-for-profit initiative of the Wadhwani Foundation, working to inspire, educate and support the next generation of high-growth entrepreneurs in India. NEN'S ultimate goal is to help launch thousands of new entrepreneurs, who in turn will create hundreds of thousands of much-needed valuable jobs for India.

IBS SPARK - Annual Magazine

The IBS Spark is an Annual Magazine. IBS Spark is one such platform that aims to bring out all the latent creativity and talent of the young minds. After turning pages, one can explore and understand the multiple facets of the minds of the managers of tomorrow. It is a reflection of the IBS focus on the holistic development of the individual.

EEFLUX - Quarterly Newsletter

EEFLUX is the quarterly in-house newsletter of the campus. It is both informative and interesting, with articles and papers contributed by students and faculty. The newsletter brings together not only current news, but also encourages students to think of the world around them. It enhances their expressivity and gives impetus to creativity and talent at the campus.

Ablaze

Ablaze is the annual all India management meet organized at IBS Jaipur. The event attracts talented Business School's students from all over India and is ranked among the top b-school meets in the country.

Organized a one day "National Seminar on Financial and Commodity Derivatives" on 27th October 2007 on this occasion Mr. B C Khatua, Chairman Forward Markets Commission delivered the Chairman's address. The event attracted heavy penetration of the interested individuals from financial markets, academia and students the seminar was able to bring the experts from the industry and academia on the common platform and had benefited the participants to a great extent.

IBS has a strong, active and growing interface with the industry. The faculty  members at IBS Jaipur campus are engaged in consulting and research assignments for various corporates.

Placements

IBS has a strong placement network with blue-chip companies in the manufacturing sector, financial services, banking, IT and consulting. The placement efforts at IBS are done on all India basis through placement executives and placement managers. IBS Placement Team (IPT) identifies potential companies, acquaints them of the talent pool available at the campuses and coordinates with the students, in terms of matching their aspirations with the job profile.

Mock interviews and presentations are also conducted to prepare the students for final interviews with potential employers.
