Purpose of the Job
Business Analyst to the CEO isresponsible for working on assignments that are complex in nature, requiring a high degree of judgment, tact, creativity and initiative to resolve problems. The role is required to provide high-level, confidential and efficient services to the CEO. As Business Analyst to the CEO, you will take active interest in the success of the company and act as a “right arm” to the CEO. Your ability to adjust direction in response to changing work situations, to accommodate different working styles, and to prioritize your own work will be key to your success.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
1.As a highly skilled, versatile resource, you will manage the content of information flowing in and out of the CEO’s office, correspondence and presentations for the CEO, and other executive support as needed.
2.With your personable, reliable, diplomatic and professional demeanor, you will liaise between the CEO and management personnel, their assistants, board members and other associates at Center and across circles. You will anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the CEO in addressing issues.
3.Your operational excellence will be utilized in independently managing and executing a variety of routine and complex administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the CEO.
4.You will act as a lead in preparation for Board Meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items; drafting the agenda and producing accurate and timely Board minutes at each meeting.
5.With your ability to multi-task you will also provide some support to the other members of the management team and develop internal communications.
6.You will work in a proactive manner to ensure that all strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high quality delivery. You will choreograph complex projects, events and ensure that all facets of discussions are flawless..
7.Your detailed and thorough analytical skills and attention to detail will be utilized in creating reports from data collected from various key stakeholders and presenting it in a format most relevant for the purpose. You will also be expected to add value to the assignments by your sheer intellect
8.You will, with your strong sense of judgment and confidentiality, handle sensitive and confidential material and matters strictly in accordance with policy and instructions.
9.You will have to help in formulating of AOP also constantly focus on Flash v/s actuals.
10.You will be handling key strategic STRAP projects for the circle
Key challenges will be around:
1. The role requires working in fast-paced, tight schedule environment.
2. Comfort with managing executive leadership agendas to keep initiatives from derailing is one of the key challenges of the role.
3. Regular follow-ups required in getting information from different stakeholders, spread across geographies.

MBA from premier B-school
