Job Description:
1. Create a healthy pipeline of prospects and achieve Company's monthly target and profitability from Month One.
2. Explore, make initial contact and meet potential clients at their locations to accurately qualify the prospect.
3. Prepare and present proposals and close new deals and increase revenues from existing accounts .
4. Participate in Workshops, Seminars, Trade Shows including after-hours events .
5. Create advertisement opportunities targeted towards increase in revenue of the company.
6. Perform Competitors Analysis. Work with Marketing Specialist, Business Development network to generate new leads and identify new opportunities.
7. Provide feedback to company’s Associate Director - Sales on a weekly basis related to performance, sales reports and strategy.
8. Knowledge in Insurance domain & Chinese language will be an added advantage.
9. Flexible Working Time as long as targets are achieved from Month One.
Qualification Required:
1. Graduate with MBA from reputed college with 2-4 years of experience.
2. Proven record of achieving sales target and closing deals.
3. Must have experience in selling software products and services.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication and written skills in English.
2. Proficient in use of MS Office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
3. Excellent team-work and leadership qualities to lead a team.
4. Hard-working and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines .
5. Should be flexible in travelling within City and outside City and Country and should have a valid passport.
